Founded by Elliot Tong, a veteran film producer and international film distribution executive, Autumn Sun Films acquires and distributes high-quality films and animation from Asia to clients worldwide.

The company also develops original film projects and specializes in China co-production and financing. Autumn Sun provides high-profile companies and clients with streamlined consultation services for projects targeting both the Chinese and international markets.

Since 2017, Autumn Sun has acquired and distributed more than 250 films and animated series, including Brunello: The Gracious Visionary, directed by Giuseppe Tornatore; Terminator 2: Judgment Day, directed by James Cameron; Hi, Mom, directed by Jia Ling; The 355, directed by Simon Kinberg; S.W.A.T., directed by Ding Sheng; Skyfire, directed by Simon West; Toronto International Film Festival award winner The Man Who Feels No Pain, directed by Vasan Bala; and The Sky Is Pink, directed by Shonali Bose.

Autumn Sun also manages Asian sales for The Moonstone Library, a collection of more than 130 films that includes award-winning classics such as Crash, directed by Paul Haggis, and Together, directed by Chen Kaige.
